Garments-Infrastructure
Spread across 60000 sqft, our garment division has set up manufacturing facility having a synchronized flow of production process and has a monthly capacity of 250000 pcs. We have an inhouse capacity of 375 machines and we do contract manufacturing across 1000 machines with various vendors. Our wide range of apparel Products includes a host of menswear and womenswear. Our future plan is to expand into hosiery and denim manufacturing.
Our operational facilities include in-house washing for non denim washes, capable of performing different washes as per end client requirement. The company also collaborates with various specialised washing units for unique finishes and washes. We also cater to garment dyeing and embroidered garments.
Tapping into the vast pool of synergies among the Group companies, we source non-denim woven fabrics in all categories internally and use our in-house dyeing and processing facility. The mill also provides all the sampling support including a digital printing facility to enable quick turnaround time for sampling and development.
We have an experienced pattern maker, which can make patterns of the basic to highly constructed Garments for all genders/age groups. Further we have team of 15 tailors to make all kinds of samples. We are making Proto samples, Sales Man samples and Fit samples as per Buyer’s requirements. Our monthly capacity in this section is more than 50 new patterns & 1000 Pcs.
We have 5 lay tables, 3 Cutting machines, 1 Band knife & 2 Fusing machines with a team of 60 people headed by an experienced Cutting Master. We cut 3000-4500Pcs. per day with proper relay & matching parts, in a ready to stitch condition.
Comprising of 375 machines which includes all types of specialised machines, required for making Tops & Bottoms with a team of 325 people lead by a qualified and experienced team comprising of the Production Manager, Assistant Production Manager & line Supervisors. Presently we are producing on an average of 3000-3500 Pcs.
We have an in house Garment washing facility with our group unit having 3 Washing machines, 1 Hydro Extractor & 3 Driers. An expert washing team of 10 members can do all types of washes viz., Stone, Enzyme, Softener, etc. The capacity is between 2000-3000 Pcs. per day, depending on the kind of wash.
We have provided maximum available space (11000 sq.ft. area) for this department. We have all the requisite machines like Buttonhole, Button sewing, Eyelet, Snap attaching & Thread sucking. We have 200 Kg capacity Diesel Boiler & also 36 Kg Electric stand by Boiler. There are 20 Ironing tables, 4 Folding tables & 1 stain removing unit. A team of 100 members lead by finishing manager and 3 Supervisors are able to finish and pack 3500-4000 Pcs. per day.
We have a dedicated CAD center with highly talented and trained designers who effectively use their skills to creatively design and print options as per clients’ requirements.
